P.E Nation was born in Sydney, Australia, in 2016. The label, founded by designers Pip Edwards and Claire Tregoning, has always aimed to provide its customers with practical day-to-night attire. Most particularly, its objective is to ensure that the hard-pressed woman of today has an athleisure wear brand – or, if you will, a nation – she can rely on.
Accordingly, P.E Nation designs each of its pieces with comfort, quality and versatility in mind. And, as of late, the brand has been focusing on sustainability too. Who Owns P.E Nation?
P.E Nation is owned by Pip Edwards and Claire Tregoning, who previously worked together at Sass and Bide: an Australian womenswear label worn by A-listers across the world. The Aussies are involved in manifold aspects of their brand and share the role of Creative Director.
What Does P.E Nation Stand For?
Although the idea that P.E stands for physical education supposedly helped Pip Edwards settle on the name, it’s actually the co-founder’s initials that are being referenced in ‘P.E Nation’. We must admit, it’s certainly got more of a ring to it than ‘C.T Nation.’ Sorry, Claire.
Where is P.E Nation Manufactured?
In 2020, P.E Nation vowed to work with Australian factories on cut and sew products and survey prospects to work with Australian cotton, Milled in Australia and Made in Australia. Ultimately, their aim is to source and produce their products locally.
