Charlotte Chesnais’s rose gold and silver beauties are made for design lovers…
WORDS BY ALEXANDRA RHODES
Bold, sculptural and artfully constructed, this season’s earrings are first-class structures in themselves. But don’t worry, you don’t need an architecture degree to wear them. Our new favourites come courtesy of Parisian designer Charlotte Chesnais: Her rose gold and silver Petal earrings, with their mix of fluid lines and abstract shapes inspired by the works of Constantin Brâncuși and Alberto Giacometti, are akin to wearable art. So much so that Chesnais, like her artistic heroes before her, develops the ideas for her collections in clay.
