Missoni’s crochet knitting technique was conceived in the ‘60s by its founders in their home workshop with a raschel machine traditionally used to create the shawls in the south of Italy. Decades later and the method is still used to create pieces like this metallic bronze swimsuit, which suspends from bead-embellished chain-link straps and secures with a tie at the open back.
