How it works
1. Simply enter your 10-digit PAYBACK number when paying at FARFETCH — this can be found in your account on the PAYBACK website, in the PAYBACK app or on the back of your PAYBACK card.
2. After you have completed your order, we will transfer the total value to PAYBACK.
3. After 45 days, the °points will be credited to your PAYBACK account. However, °points will not be credited if the order is returned or cancelled.
Please note that payments with Apple Pay and import duties are excluded from °points. We cannot credit PAYBACK °points retroactively.
The PAYBACK program works alongside your FARFETCH membership. The total value of each order will continue to be credited to your loyalty tier.
